Position: Front Office Manager

Requirements: At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience required; exceptional Customer Service Skills; proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office; ability to work long hours as needed; warm and friendly demeanor; effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks; attendance at required meetings and trainings; high standards of personal appearance and grooming; compliance with hotel standards and regulations; problem-solving skills; maintenance of confidentiality; willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
