Position: Front Office Manager

About: A hotel company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of reservations and guest relations. The role involves coordinating with various departments and maintaining a high standard of quality and service to maximize guest satisfaction and hotel profitability.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 1 year of related experience and/or training preferred; supervisory experience and/or training preferred; good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of hotel operations; strong time management and organizational skills; computer literacy; willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime; ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety standards
