The current opportunity is for the Front Office Manager position at Hyatt House Portland Downtown, OR.
Requirements: At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience required; exceptional Customer Service Skills; proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office; willingness to work long hours as needed; warm and friendly demeanor; effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines; attentive, courteous, and service-oriented approach in all interactions; adherence to hotel standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations; problem-solving and decision-making abilities; maintain confidentiality of information; flexibility to attend required meetings and trainings; high standards of personal appearance and grooming; ability to handle complex information and data evaluation
