Position: Front Office Manager
About: We are hiring a Front Office Manager at a hotel that is dedicated to maintaining superior guest service and product quality standards. The Front Office Manager will oversee front desk operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold the hotel’s brand standards for a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements: Must have experience with Fosse and FSPMS operating systems; proven track record in guest service and front desk management; proficient in human resources functions; knowledge of safety and security protocols; ability to maintain physical product standards and manage preventive maintenance programs
