Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months of customer service experience in restaurant, hotel, or retail; high school graduate level mathematical aptitude, knowledge of cash handling procedures, computerized cash register systems, and basic customer service skills; fluent in oral and written English; ability to handle various customer service situations calmly and attentively; highly organized with attention to detail
