Position: Front Desk Agent – Full Time (English/Japanese Speaking), $32.74/Hour (Hiring Immediately)
About: Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, provide information on resort services and activities, and create a memorable experience for guests. The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest services at Aulani.
Requirements: Previous cash handling experience; Previous computer experience; Ability to perform in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful working environment; Ability to multitask; Ability to confidently utilize service recovery methods; Enthusiastic about interacting and helping guests; Receptive to special requests; Willing to follow instructions and take direction; Must be at least 18 years of age; Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
