Requirements: Degree or certificate in culinary arts, culinary management, or related field; at least 8-10 years of experience in professional kitchens; proven experience as a head chef or in a similar leadership role for 3-5 years; experience in various kitchen environments and cuisines; exceptional culinary skills and understanding of cooking techniques; strong leadership and team management abilities; good understanding of budgeting and financial management; ability to stay calm under pressure; maintain ServSafe Manager certification
