Position: Franchise Business Consultant Trainee I-2
About: Little Caesar Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant Trainee I to join their team. This position involves rigorous training that includes on-site training at one of the company’s restaurants to familiarize the incumbent with core brand standards and operational procedures. The primary focus will be on ensuring operational excellence in non-traditional markets by maintaining open communication with franchisees or potential candidates interested in franchising within the designated area.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience; Two years of previous restaurant/retail management experience; Strong relationship, team building, and communication skills; Demonstrated planning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Basic proficiency with the MS Office Suite; Ability to travel by airplane and automobile; Mode of transportation for local travel; Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds; Ability to understand directions, instructions, and product specifications.
