Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; ServSafe certification required; 1-3 years of food service supervisory experience; ability to supervise food service personnel, maintain organization, and manage workflow; knowledge of Medical Nutrition Therapy and food allergies; strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
