Position: FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR (100% FTE, VARIABLE)
About: UW Medical Center – Montlake, a leading academic medical center in Seattle with a focus on compassionate patient care and medical advancements, is seeking a Food Service Supervisor 2 – Hospital to oversee food service operations within the Patient Nutrition department. Requirements: Possession of or eligible to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card within two weeks of employment; Associate Degree in food service management, nutritional care or related field OR High School Diploma, or GED Certificate, with four years of experience in an industrial, commercial or institutional food service or patient tray service including one year as a lead, supervisor, or equivalent. Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.
