Position: FOOD SERVICE OPS MANAGER
About: The Food Service Operations Manager at The United Family is responsible for guest relations, maintaining department standards, training and developing employees, and ensuring quality product and service standards are met.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; High School Diploma or equivalent; Prior Deli or Food Service management within The United Family or a minimum of 2 years’ Restaurant experience required; Ability to work and communicate professionally with all levels of management and subordinates; Ability to self-motivate, problem-solve, and work independently; Physical ability to perform job tasks including bending, squatting, standing, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and walking; Ability to stand for long periods (up to 4 hours), lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs., and push and pull up to 100 lbs.; Ability to work in a freezer for up to 15 minutes; Must possess basic math and computer skills (Word, Excel, Email); Certified Food Safety Manager certification required; Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; Flexible to work various hours/shifts, including weekends and holidays; Willingness to accept supervisory coaching and function as a team member
