About: Berkeley Dining at the University of California, Berkeley is a self-operated dining program with a focus on culinary excellence, social responsibility, and supporting the living/learning environment of its customers. They serve over 5 million meals per year in various facilities on campus, employing a diverse staff to cater to the needs of students, faculty, and staff.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent certification/experience; lead/supervisory experience, preferably in the food service industry; working knowledge in food service and sanitation regulations; working verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to provide effective interpersonal and work supervision guidance; excellent customer service skills; basic computer application skills; knowledgeable of production and point of sale equipment.
