Position: Food Service Director
About: MMI Dining Systems at University of Mobile is seeking a Food Service Director to oversee all aspects of the operation, including menu planning, food production, and special events, creating a fun dining environment for college students. The ideal candidate should have culinary experience as a chef or in food service management, possess strong leadership and communication skills, excel in P & L management, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional service.
