Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 6+ months of prior experience in a high-volume dining restaurant as a food runner or server; experience working in a similar resort setting; knowledgeable of food and menu preparation; ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
