About: Centennial Plaza – Gulfport is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Food Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will uphold brand and hotel standards, provide exceptional service to guests, and contribute to maintaining a clean and enjoyable atmosphere in various dining locations.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume Food and Beverage environment; minimum age of 18; good communication and mathematical skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision; health permit/food safety and Alcohol Awareness certification; cash handling skills; positive representation of the hotel in public settings; adherence to company policies and procedures
