Position: Food Runner – matchbox
About: Matchbox is a vibrant dining experience focused on bringing people together through delicious food. As a Food Runner at Matchbox, you will ensure that guests have a seamless dining experience by delivering mouthwatering dishes with speed and precision, providing exceptional service, and creating memorable moments in the world of hospitality.
Requirements: At least 18 years of age; High energy and stamina; Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work; Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure; Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays; Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day; Ability to learn menu items and service procedures; Ability to take direction and work in a team environment; This position will spend 100% of the time standing and walking
