Position: Food Runner job
About: STK Steakhouse is looking for a dedicated and attentive Food Runner to join their team. The ideal candidate will ensure the consistent preparation and quality of beverages according to company standards set by TOG Corporate Operations, TOG Director of Operations, and the General Manager. They should have a strong understanding of the menu, table and seat numbers, and floor plan, while providing efficient and excellent service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner will be required to work collaboratively with the front-of-house team and assist in various tasks to maintain the smooth operation of the restaurant under the guidance of the floor manager or supervisor, adhering to health department sanitation guidelines at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to communicate effectively in English; ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift more than 20 lbs; knowledge of food and beverage service procedures; familiarity with health department sanitation standards; no alcohol consumption during shifts
