Requirements: Must provide a minimum of 1-year restaurant experience or equivalent training; Menu and specials familiarity; Layout of the restaurant including table and station numbers; Meet personal schedule requirements punctually; Be courteous, pleasant, and good-natured; Maintain a clean, well-manicured persona reflecting the restaurant’s image; Stand and walk for an entire shift; Safely transport food from kitchen to guest table over slick surfaces; Safely move about in all areas of the restaurant; Continuously transport food items from source to guest tables throughout a shift; Work holidays, weekends, and nights.
