Requirements: Must provide a minimum of 1-year restaurant experience or equivalent training; Menu and specials knowledge; Layout of restaurant familiarity including table numbers and station numbers; Meet punctual schedule requirements and be courteous, pleasant and good-natured; Provide a clean, well-manicured persona reflecting the restaurant’s image; Stand and walk for an entire shift; Safely transport food from the kitchen to guest tables over slick, uneven surfaces; Safely move about in all areas of the restaurant; Continuously transport food items from the source to any guest table throughout a shift; Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and nights.
