About: Il Cervo, located in Milwaukee’s historic Deer District, will open in the Spring of 2023 on top of The Trade, a premier luxury hotel in Milwaukee. This high-end Italian restaurant will offer hand-rolled pasta, homemade cheeses, dry-aged steaks, and an extensive Italian wine list. Il Cervo is part of the Food Fight Restaurant Group, known for nearly 20 Wisconsin restaurants, committed to growth and improvement in the hospitality industry.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a restaurant setting; friendly demeanor; ability to stand for extended periods and work at a fast pace; strong dedication to teamwork; positive attitude; excellent customer service skills
