Position: Food Runner job
About: The Summit Club in Las Vegas, NV is looking for a Food Runner to join the Food and Beverage Service Department. The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverage items to tables in a timely manner, clearing plates and glassware, and providing exceptional service to members and guests at the Discovery Land Company.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment; knowledge of HACCP & local food safety standards; extraordinary attention to detail, quality, and service; positive attitude and exceptional communication skills; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; work in a team environment; physical ability to meet job demands; fluency in English, additional languages preferred; ability to stay calm and focused during busy times; desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
