Position: Food Runner – Corsica
About: Corsica is an escapist small-plates restaurant inspired by the rustic coasts of France, Italy, and the namesake Mediterranean island that lies between them. The menu, led by James Beard Award Winning Chef Patrick Connolly, draws from the European coastal villages it is inspired by while celebrating local, seasonal ingredients. Corsica, born from the team behind Barcelona Wine Bar, will boast a compelling wine list that features Coastal European and Corsican wines. The cocktail program will focus on the effortlessly fun and delicious aperitivo, amaro, and spritz culture of the Mediterranean.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; 1-2 years of experience in food service/hospitality field; high volume restaurant experience is a plus
