Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor
About: As a member of the Food & Beverage Management Team, this position is responsible for the supervision and daily operations of the Club’s a la carte member dining outlets. The Food and Beverage Supervisor should seek to provide the highest standards of service to members and their guests.
Requirements: TABC and Food Handler Certification; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; Well-organized with the ability to effectively manage service; Ability to operate point-of-sale systems; Must possess honesty and integrity; Must be courteous and tactful at all times; Must treat others with kindness and respect; Ability to appear for work on time; Ability to interact well with coworkers; Ability to understand and follow posted rules and procedures; Ability to follow directions from a supervisor; Ability to effectively communicate to members, guests, and staff; Ability to be a self-starter requiring minimal supervision; Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; 2 years of Service Experience Required; Hospitality Degree preferred; Experience with POS systems and programming; High-touch, highly visible, members-first attitude
