Position: Food & Beverage Manager
About: The Food and Beverage Manager oversees the entire food service department, including Dining Hall Associates, Dishwashers, Donut Makers, Kitchen staff, and Supply Chain Manager, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests with a focus on customer satisfaction, high food quality, waste reduction, and cost control.
Requirements: Strong focus on key Food Service goals; Availability during Summer Season with workdays from April 15 to September 30; Pre and Post Season availability from March 1st to April 15th and October 1st to December 1st; Flexible schedule as per Operations Manager’s discretion; Ability to work long hours and weekends; Willingness to attend after-hours training and meetings
