Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor – Portland Harbor Hotel
About: Portland Harbor Hotel, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking an engaging, friendly, and detailed-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing assigned property food and beverage operations, while controlling costs and driving guest and associate satisfaction. Requirements: 2 years food and beverage supervisory experience (hotel experience preferred); excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; reliable with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure; T.I.P.S. and ServSafe certification (within 30 days if certification is expired); strong leader of people; excellent verbal and written communication skills; familiar with common computer software programs, ability to operate POS system; must be willing to work 7-day rotating work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
