Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field; minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Management in a 4-5 star hotel or independent restaurant; experience with and good understanding of F&B POS and F&B menu knowledge; food safety compliance; fluency in English; ServSafe Alcohol and/or TIPS certifications; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.; capacity to work long hours and stand for extended periods; legal authorization to work in the United States
