Position: Food and Beverage Manager
About: The Bismarck Larks, a baseball team in the Northwoods League (NWL), provides a summer collegiate baseball experience for top college players. The NWL is the largest organized baseball league globally, with 26 teams that have produced over 340 players advancing to Major League Baseball in its 31-year history. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Food and beverage or hospitality experience strongly preferred; Customer service or operations experience preferred; Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and think strategically; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; Ability to work extended hours upwards of 14 hours and lift 30-50 lbs
