Position: FLEX Sous Chef
About: Marriott International HQ, located at 7750 Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda, Maryland, is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join their Food and Beverage & Culinary team in a temporary management position that requires 100% travel. The successful candidate will be accountable for the overall success of the daily kitchen operations, exhibit culinary talents, ensure guest and employee satisfaction, and maintain operational budget and standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area; OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
