Position: Financial Advisor Assistant
About: We are hiring a full-time Client Service Concierge to join our team. The role involves providing top-notch service to clients through various communication channels and maintaining organized client records. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a professional office, preferably in finance or insurance, and possess essential technical and communication skills. Additional attributes include a strong sense of urgency, excellent time management, and a proactive approach to tasks. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with compensation ranging from $17 to $19 per hour. A health insurance stipend is included in the benefits package.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office, ideally in finance or insurance; Life & Health insurance license preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, DocuSign, and TEAMS; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and take ownership; exceptional organizational and time management skills
