Position: F&B Indirect – Bev Mgmt-Food & Beverage Supervisor

About: Responsible for developing and maintaining high performance teams in the food and beverage area, elia on the river, located on the scenic North River Drive in Miami, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. The role involves ensuring proper staffing levels for assigned shifts and upholding health and safety standards in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements: Education: High school diploma or the equivalent; Prepares schedules and staffing guides for food and beverage outlets; Implements training programs for high-quality guest service; Addresses employee and guest concerns calmly; Processes requisitions for the Food and Beverage Department; Licenses: Gaming License, Non-gaming License, Health Card, Tam Card, Ability to read and comprehend instructions; Excellent communication skills; Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards; Must be able to work calmly under stress and stand for extended periods of time
