About: Responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance teams in the food and beverage area. Maintains proper staffing levels for the assigned shift.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or the equivalent. Prepares schedules and staffing guides for the food and beverage outlets. Implements training programs for high-quality guest service. Processes requisitions for the Food and Beverage Department. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Must work calmly under stress. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards.
