Position: Extended Stay America Wichita East – General Manager
About: Extended Stay America – Wichita – East, a hotel located in Wichita, the largest city in Kansas and situated on the Arkansas River, is seeking a polished and well-regarded General Manager with a strong vision for the property. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of operations, provide support to the management team and front-line associates, optimize financial performance, maintain high-quality product and service levels, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, establish priorities, lead operational initiatives, and manage communications with various stakeholders.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or related field; strong leadership and decision-making skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficient in financial management and budget development; knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations; discretion and independent judgment required for directing and overseeing operations
