Requirements: Must currently hold or be able to obtain both a Food Handler’s card; 2 + years of experience in Japanese cuisine, with expertise in seafood handling (storage, fabrication, cooking); 2 + years of experience in a kitchen leadership role in a high-volume fine dining environment; Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement; Strong leadership skills to promote a positive team environment and provide performance feedback
