Position: Executive Sous Chef – La La Noodle – Park MGM
About: La La Noodle at Park MGM is seeking a Restaurant Executive Sous Chef to join their team and play a vital role in supporting the Restaurant Executive Chef, aligning with the MGM brand. This position involves guiding the kitchen team towards operational and financial goals, managing recipes, inventory, supplies, and ensuring seamless kitchen operations while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 2 years of experience in Sous Chef or higher-level culinary position in fine-dining or full-service upscale venue; experience with French or Mediterranean cuisines; extensive knowledge and skill experience in kitchen operations and equipment; proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications; able to lead and mentor a team; previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement; complete knowledge of health and safety regulations; ability to work varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
