Position: Executive Sous Chef Cucina del Mercato Eataly – Park MGM

They are currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment; 2+ years of experience in Italian Cuisine; Working background with Collective Bargaining Agreements; Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; Ability to lift, carry, and stand for prolonged periods of time
