Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: World Cafe Live, a nonprofit organization in Philadelphia, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead daily a la carte service and coordinate catering for large events in their unique spaces – The Lounge and The Music Hall. Reporting to the Executive Chef, this role supports all kitchen activities and event catering execution in a vibrant hub for live music and culinary experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of three years of experience as a Sous Chef and in catering; reliable transportation to venue location; ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends; ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs of weight
