Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: The Los Angeles Country Club, located in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to assist the executive chef in managing the daily culinary operations across the LACC campus, focusing on recruitment, planning, and financial goals achievement. The role involves ensuring high standards in member and guest experiences, cost control, and kitchen safety, along with menu development and F&B programming.
Requirements: Food Handler’s certification required; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and other PC programs; high-level cooking and food safety knowledge; professional appearance and demeanor; precision in executing cooking techniques; high culinary and cuisine understanding; high school diploma or GED; culinary school preferred; 5+ years working on the line; 8+ years fine dining club experience or equivalent; 3-5+ years at the Sous Chef level
