Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: We are looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team and assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen to deliver high-quality food consistently to our guests.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or culinary establishment; Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred; Strong culinary and creative skills with a passion for food and an eye for detail; Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; Proficient in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management; Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
