Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: Nami Nori/Matsuyoi is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Executive Sous Chef to lead the team at their Design District location. The establishment specializes in open-style sushi hand rolls and aims to cultivate a loyal fan base for temaki through the Japanese art of gracious hospitality known as ‘omotenashi’. They prioritize creating outstanding experiences for both customers and staff members.
