About: Landry’s, LLC, a full-service, high-volume dining establishment, is seeking a Senior Culinary Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in back-of-house operations.
Requirements: At least 2 years of senior level Culinary Management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment; Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations, including staff supervision, inventory controls, and food/labor cost; Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills; Stable work history and strong work ethic; Graduation from an accredited culinary program is a plus
