Position: Executive Sous Chef

About: As the Executive Sous Chef at The Westin Nashville, you will work alongside other culinary leaders to oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to hotel standards of food preparation, quality, and presentation. Your role will involve supervising employees, managing inventory, and upholding sanitation and safety measures to provide exceptional service and guest experiences.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in kitchen supervision; strong communication and leadership skills; ability to oversee food preparation and service; familiarity with inventory management; knowledge of cost control for food and labor; adherence to sanitation and safety protocols
