Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment; strong leadership skills; exceptional creativity and knowledge of pastry and dessert trends; ability to maintain high quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment; strong customer focus and adaptability
