Position: Executive Kitchen Manager- Boulevard American Bistro
About: Creole Cuisine, the largest restaurant employer in the New Orleans area, is seeking professional Executive Kitchen Managers for their Boulevard American Bistro concepts. They offer a Total Compensation Package ranging from $65,000 to $85,000, weekly pay, bonus earning potential, 401K program with company match, Long Term Incentive Plan, paid parking, PTO, and Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 4+ years of proven success as an Executive Chef in a full-service, fast-paced restaurant environment; experience in hiring, training, and developing hourly employees; proficiency in maintaining high food quality, hygiene, and consistency; ability to drive sales and community engagement; strong financial acumen including cost control and forecasting; stable work history in the restaurant industry
