Position: Executive Kitchen Manager
About: Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux, a dynamic and high-volume restaurant, operated by DBMC Restaurants dba. Walk On’s Sports Bistreaux, is seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager (EKM) to oversee all culinary operations. The EKM will lead the Heart of House (HOH) team with expertise in recipe knowledge, culinary techniques, and operational excellence in a creative, scratch kitchen environment.
Requirements: Must have 2 years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant; solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career progression; strong communication and leadership skills; culinary school background a plus
