Requirements: 5 years of experience as an executive chef or executive kitchen manager in large, complex operations; track record of success in food and beverage program management; experience mentoring team members on menu planning and cost controls; knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures; strong F&B experience and computer skills; leadership skills in decision-making, conflict resolution, and team building; ability to demonstrate and teach cooking techniques.
