Position: Executive Chef – NOUN Hotel
About: Our fine dining establishment is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team, ensuring the consistent preparation of innovative and high-quality cuisine to exceed guest expectations and drive business success. The ideal candidate will oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, control costs, and maintain culinary excellence in a dynamic and upscale dining environment.
Requirements: Proven record of culinary accomplishments; basic reading, writing, mathematical, & computer skills; at least 5 years’ high-volume cooking experience in fine dining; at least 3 years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a hotel or fine dining restaurant; strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; leadership, training, and motivation abilities; organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines; good judgment and focus on details; neat, professional, and customer-oriented; high school diploma or GED required
