Position: Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager
About: A high-volume full-service restaurant is seeking a Chef/Kitchen Manager to oversee the dining room and kitchen operations, ensuring effective shifts, food quality, and adherence to company standards. The role involves coaching and developing assistant managers and team members, maintaining cleanliness and supply levels, managing budgets, and upholding safety procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED); three to five years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience preferred; exceptional leadership and motivational skills required; ability to attract, train, develop, and retain top Team Members; strong focus on guest service and financial goals achievement; physical capabilities for bending, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods; at least 50 pounds lifting ability; proficient in handling food items and equipment; adaptable to varied work environments and tasks;
