About: Atelier Crenn, the iconic culinary venture led by Chef Dominique Crenn, is expanding to Los Angeles with a new luxury dining experience. This highly anticipated restaurant opening in 2025 will feature a meticulously designed indoor-outdoor dining space and a vibrant bar/lounge, offering refined and innovative menus deeply rooted in Chef Crenn’s culinary philosophy of excellence.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of experience in culinary management at Michelin-starred restaurants; strong leadership and team management skills; extensive knowledge of fine dining standards, techniques, and culinary trends; experience with inventory management, ordering, and cost control; understanding of food safety regulations and compliance; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; global experience and exposure to a variety of flavors and cuisines
