Position: Executive Chef job
About: We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen at an acclaimed Wine bar that is gaining national recognition. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and kitchen management skills, demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of food preparation, have a good knowledge of wine and wine pairings, and be committed to being a positive leader within the restaurant.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven working experience as a head chef; excellent record of kitchen management; ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently; capable of delegating multiple tasks; communication and leadership skills; up-to-date with cooking trends and best practices; ability to follow core standardized recipe and product specs
