Position: Executive Chef job
About: ISS Guckenheimer, a global organization, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all back-of-the-house operations and support multiple cafes on campus to ensure client and guest satisfaction while upholding high-quality standards and best practices. This position plays a key role in implementing culinary guidelines, policies, and SOPs to achieve financial success under the direction of the General Manager at ISS Guckenheimer operated facility.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; graduation from an accredited Culinary institution preferred; experience in operating a successful restaurant or corporate dining facility; ServSafe certified or ability to become certified; ability to communicate effectively; previous experience in food safety compliance and kitchen management essential
